United Thank Offering UTO Collection 2016

Every Holy Week at Advent Church we collect up all our coins in blue collection boxes ready for our offerings on Maundy Thursday towards The Episcopal Church United Thank Offering (UTO)… This is my collection this morning! The Diocese of Taiwan has received several large grants from UTO in the past, most notably and most recently towards the purchase of a property for St. Stephen’s Church, Keelung….. well worth supporting! A Big Welcome to: 台灣聖公會第56屆教區年議會 The Diocese of Taiwan 56th Annual Convention!

Yes, such a happening event that even St. John’s Cathedral Sunday School children came to visit us ~ on the bus, on a Saturday morning, and as part of their weekend camp ~ YES! Yes, a special day at St. John’s Cathedral, Taipei yesterday ~ and in all our churches too!
