Today’s official announcement on Advent Church Facebook Page reads: 今早牧師發現降臨堂的貓(Organ)已平安的離去,感謝主牠在降臨堂盡中職守9年,共抓了9隻老鼠,維護電風琴的壽命 

Our Advent Church cat was found dead on the steps of the church office this morning, apparently from natural causes.  We thank God for her faithful service to Advent Church over the last 9 years catching mice and so preserving the life of the church electronic organ.  The cats’ name was Organ, after the instrument she was protecting ~ and she was extremely popular on the campus with the students and in the church…..

The last photo I took of her was this one, taken outside the church on Easter Eve during the Easter Vigil….  RIP Organ, we will miss you!
