En route to Anglesey today and just had to stop at Conwy Castle for a visit, just FANTASTIC!  A real castle, not just an old ruin, with views so magnificent of the Conwy Estuary, out to sea and all over the hills.  Oh yes and a walk around the Conwy Town Walls and saw the smallest house in Britain ~ such a beautiful town. In fact just like a mini Chester!

Sorry to have to admit it, but it’s my first visit to Wales for 25 years, truly disgraceful. Such a beautiful country, but oh what a language ~ signposts are a nightmare of long unpronounceable words and letters with ll, ff, dd all over the place.  Sigh, sigh, groan groan ~ give me Chinese any day!
